Au Jardin
Les Amis Pte Ltd
|
From
the windows of this refurbished colonial
house, Au Jardin offers a view of cascading
waterfalls, clear lakes and beautiful gardens,
similar to top-rated Relais & Châteaux
restaurants found in Europe. Nestled in
the Botanic Gardens, Au Jardin has earned
itself the “Best of Award of Excellence”
by Wine Spectator magazine in 2001,
2002 and 2003. Its distinction is further
enunciated by the extravagance of contemporary
haute French cuisine and impeccable service
that has garnered critical acclaim. In 2000,
the restaurant was included into the Asian
Fine Dining Hall of Fame by Restaurants
Asia. Adulating its efforts in creating
an exceptional dining experience, Au Jardin
was given the ‘Best New Restaurant’
award in 2001, and nominated as a finalist
for ‘Restaurant of the Year’
in 2002 at the WGS Awards of Excellence.

mezza9
Grand Hyatt Hotel, Singapore
|
mezza9
features nine exciting dining specialties,
from Japanese, Chinese, Thai to Western
fare, all available in one single venue.
Located at the mezzanine level in Grand
Hyatt Singapore, mezza9 interacts with its
diners with open concept kitchens. The sleek
restaurant also features a European deli,
a gourmet boutique, a patisserie, a cigar/Martini
Bar and a wine cellar. The décor
is a terribly clever mix of warm wood whilst
accented with a tinge of silver to give
the place a zen yet clean-modern look. mezza9
emphasises on delivering the highest culinary
standards even with its 400-seating capacity,
and they have done an excellent job. It’s
hard to fault a restaurant that delivers
a high level of quality food whilst juggling
nine different stations.

French
cuisine does not stop at France in Saint
Pierre. The modern French cuisine served
here suggests a hint of Japanese influence.

foie gras creations. Executive
Chef Emmanuel Stroobant has come to be
known as the epitome of slick smooth service
through his swooning charisma and friendly
attitude. Saint Pierre has been conferred
with the ‘Most Innovative Menu’
and ‘Best Dish Award’ at 2001’s
