Nominated as one of the best restaurants under the Chinese cuisine category by top restaurant guides, Hua Ting is also an award recipient of the Heinz Asian Ethnic Restaurant at the WGS Awards of Excellence 2003. Finalists for 2005

Rang Mahal

Rang Mahal, the first fine dining Indian restaurant in Singapore, provides a sense of royalty to guests who dine in this noble setting. Exotic art pieces from the celebrated sculptor Satish Gujral and the prominent artist Chandra Bhushan were flown in from India to add to the restaurant's contemporary approach to stylish dining. The restaurant's open kitchen concept presents an exciting and novel opportunity to watch how Indian food is prepared, from the finest of Rajasthani and Kashmiri delicacies to Gujarati and Punjabi favourites. Nominated as finalist for 'Asian Ethnic Restaurant of the Year' at the WGS Awards of Excellence 2002 and 2003, Rang Mahal's grandeur has re-surfaced once again at this year's event.

Lei Garden

Known for creating the famous XO sauce in 1981, this Cantonese restaurant offers a menu with over 120 dishes, such as the ever popular breakfast dim sum, nutritious tonic soups, shark's fin, abalone, bird's nest and excellent seafood, meat and vegetarian favourites. In recent years, Lei Garden has been infusing gourmet dishes from all over China and the world into their traditional Cantonese menu and has become one of the pioneers in fusion dishes in Hong Kong.
