Zambuca Italian Restaurant & Bar
|
With a wine cellar housing over 8,000 bottles, one might think that Zambuca’s main focus
would be wining. However, it is actually home to a fine restaurant with exquisite Italian cuisine
that complements the extensive range of wines. Zambuca is dark, elegant and inviting through
a mix of glass, ebony wood, teakwood, and black quartzite walls. The al fresco area is equally
impressive with its breathtaking views of Suntec City. Executive Chef Dennis Sim teamed with
Culinary Director Angelo Sanelli, of Michelangelo’s fame to create the restaurant’s menu to be a
concoction of creative and modern, as well as traditional dishes, all of which have been carefully
thought out and planned.

mezza9
Grand Hyatt Singapore
|
mezza9 offers a variety of nine different dining and entertainment experiences with just a single
menu. With Japanese, Chinese, and Western cuisines, a European deli and crustacean bar, walk-in
wine cellars, a pâtisserie, a gourmet boutique, and a martini and cigar bar all within a single venue,
one would definitely be spoilt for choice. Furthermore, variety of cuisine changes regularly on the
menu. However, it is authentic to each culinary background rather than a modern fusion style. All
food is prepared in the open kitchens and storage areas located within the restaurant, partitioned
with mere glass panels making “the kitchen the restaurant and the restaurant the kitchen”.
