SHTM has an active Advisory Committee consisting of 25 industry professionals advising the school on curriculum and development matters. | Located in GeorgeTown, Malaysia, the Culinary Arts Center was founded in 1990 with the aim of providing training courses in Culinary Arts and Pastry & Bakery. Registered with the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Tourism of Malaysia, hundreds of students have sucessfully graduated in the Culinary Arts program since its establishment. CAC is an approved training provider for the Human Resources Development Council (Prolus Scheme), accreditation center for Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia,Commis/Cook Level 1,2 & 3. Majlis Latihan Vokasional Kebangsaan and also provides course on food production for private collages and Penang Human Resources Development Council.
