Restaurant of the Year
This award seeks to recognise a food & beverage outlet in Singapore that has been in operation for two or more years (at the time of nomination), and has consistently provided a standard of excellence and extraordinary dining experiences for diners. The nominee must be from an organisation is located in Singapore.

Saint Julien
Saint Julien is a restaurant with the destiny to be iconic. Located on a historic site where the Merlion, the national symbol of Singapore used to be sited. The restaurant is named in honour of Saint Julien the hospitaler. With a husband and wife team helming the restaurant, Saint Julien offers excellent service that makes guests feel right at home, as well as traditional French cuisine and Burgundy wines, complementing the warmer climates of Singapore.

Les Amis
The first born establishment of the Les Amis family, the name Les Amis itself is a promise of the ultimate in dining experience. Tastefully decorated with dark wood and bronze, the interiors provide customers a cosy and intimate environment to enjoy the fine cuisine on offer. Resident Chef Gunther Hubrechsen, with his light and contemporary style focusing on natural flavours, totally delights. Together with its thoughtful gueridon service and extensive wine list, Les Amis ensures that dining at the restaurant is a totally memorable affair.




Garibaldi
Italian restaurant, Garibaldi, is a popular and respected landmark along Purvis Street where people gather to socialise, wine and dine. It is distinguished not only for being avant garde, but stylish and friendly all at the same time. With only the finest ingredients imported directly from Italy, it is only certain that insatiable Italian cuisine is served. And not forgetting Garibaldi’s bar which serves an extensive selection of wines and cocktails for the after-dark hours of “eat, drink and be merry” mantra.
