Grand Hyatt Singapore

Located at the mezzanine level in Grand Hyatt Singapore, mezza9 is the house to three wine cellars which carry about 500 over labels. On both sides of the sweeping entrance stairway are walk-in, glass-walled wine cellars from both the Old and New World. The largest wine cellar which is the La Cave is located at the rear end of the restaurant house the high-ranged wines are stored and wine tasting sessions are held.

Saint Julien

Saint Julien is a restaurant with the destiny to be iconic. Located on a historic site where the Merlion, the national symbol of Singapore, used to be sited. The restaurant is named in honour of Saint Julien the hospitaler. With a husband and wife team helming the restaurant, Saint Julien offers excellent service that makes guests feel right at home, as well as traditional French cuisine and Burgundy wines, complementing the warmer climates of Singapore.

Townhouse occupies one of the floors at the restored shop houses dating back to the 1920s. Its extensive wine list of 500 different interesting and delightful wines has been carefully and painstakingly selected from around the world. The selection of wines ranges from the affordable to the impressive and are accessible to the untrained palate as well as the sophisticated.

Zambuca

With a wine cellar housing over 8,000 bottles, Zambuca definitely makes a good choice for fine wining and dining. The restaurant and bar is described as dark, elegant and inviting through a mix of glass, ebony wood, teakwood, and black quartzite walls. The al fresco area is equally impressive with its breathtaking views of Suntec City. Executive Chef Dennis Sim teamed with Culinary Director Angelo Sanelli, of Michelangelo’s fame created the restaurant’s menu to be a concoction of creative and modern, as well as traditional dishes, all of which have been carefully thought out and planned.
