This award seeks to recognise an organisation which have made a significant impact in recycling and waste management for the hospitality industry. The award recipient will be celebrated for the organisation’s achievements and commitment, as well as to provide inspiration for others.

Evaluation Criteria:
The criteria for this award aims to distinguish and award an establishment which have made a significant impact in minimising waste in their establishment through prevention, reduction, reuse and/or recycling. Applicants will be asked to describe methodologies or programmes that have been implemented, while providing data to quantify the impact and success of their work.
