You may nominate a personality or/and an establishment that you think deserves to be recognized. For example, if you have dined in at Restaurant ABC, and you feel that they deserve the Restaurant of the Year award based on the given criteria, you may nominate them for this category.
The evaluation process consists of three rounds. In the first round, voting and nominations will be open to the members of the public. Nominations and votes are collated and tabulated. The 10 highest scoring nominees for each award category will be selected to proceed onto Round 2.
In the second round, a selected group of F&B professionals and connoisseurs are invited to vote in all award categories in a closed round of voting. Nominations are collated and tabulated and the top five highest scoring nominees for each award category will proceed to the final round for final assessment.
In the final round, a selected group of key industry decision makers will evaluate the finalists and select the most outstanding finalist. Results are then submitted to an independent auditor.
