Culina Old World Wine List of the Year
This award is presented to 3 establishments, ranked in order; Gold, Platinum and Diamond, that emphasizes on Old World wine labels and varieties. * Eligible establishments must have been in operation for at least ONE YEAR (at the point of nomination).

- Design & format: Nominated wine list should be descriptive in terms of varieties and pricing, and easy to understand.
- Wine selection: Factors to consider include authenticity of source and whether it complements the signature styles of cuisine.
- Value: The pricing structure appropriately reflects all characteristics of the restaurant – service, variety of wines and vintages.
- Variety: The wine list features a wide variety of wines across different regions and are available at different price points.
