U.S. Dairy Export Council Innovative Chef

This award seeks to recognise an individual who dares to defy culinary traditions by creating an innovative dish that stimulates every sense and creates new sensations, using a given selection of U.S cheese products. The 5 finalists will be required to present their innovative creations using a selection of cheese to a panel of judges on the 5th of March 2019.

* Round 2 judging for this award will end on the 19th of February 2019. Finalists will be notified on the results and will be provided with the competition details via email.


* The finalists and their creations will be featured in Cuisine & Wine Asia magazine.
