Fabristeel Junior Chef of the Year (Male)
This award seeks to recognise a junior chef (Male) who is of 26 years of age and below (as of 31st December 2018), and has shown great passion for the culinary industry. The nominee must have attained at least 2 key achievements during their time in the industry, excel in their technical skills, progressed outstandingly and developed a wide knowledge base, flair and commitment in their chosen path. The ranks of the nominee can range from a commis to sous Chef. *Eligible nominees must be working in Singapore for at least ONE YEAR (at the point of nomination).
The recipient will be given the opportunity to participate in an overseas attachment program.

•1. Names of 2 Mentor chefs, to be used for referral purposes.
•2. Their industry contributions such as charity work or work beneficial to the industry.
