Dynamic hotelier and restaurateur Loh Lik Peng was born in Dublin, Ireland on 4 May 1972 to Singapore parents who were practicing medicine there at the time. He attended law school in University Of Sheffield, England and postgraduate at London School of Economics followed by bar exams in London before returning to Singapore in 1997. From corporate litigator to a prominent hotelier and restaurateur, Unlisted Collection: CEO Loh Lik Peng has taken the road less travelled to success and started ventures across Singapore, Shanghai, Sydney, Hong Kong, Paris and London.

He set up his first property in Singapore, the award-winning Hotel 1929 in 2002, with New Majestic Hotel and Majestic Restaurant following soon in 2006. With a determined spirit, Loh ventured into Shanghai resulting in The Waterhouse at South Bund hotel and Table No 1 restaurant by Jason Atherton in 2010, and in the same year, Loh also returned to London to launch the Town Hall Hotel. Back in Singapore, we see the birth of Wanderlust Hotel, along with outstanding restaurants such as Esquina, Pollen and Andre – his partnership with illustrious Chef; André Chiang.

Loh Lik Peng is a familiar name and face in Singapore’s tourism industry. A few notable achievements include "New Tourism Entrepreneur Award" awarded by Singapore Tourism Board (STB) in 2004 for his work in transforming a simple shop house into Hotel 1929 and "Tourism Entrepreneur Of The Year" award at the Singapore Experience Awards 2011; the most prestigious awards platform in Singapore’s tourism industry. He also serves as a member of Singapore Tourism Board’s Tourism Consultative Council, the Chairman of SHATEC and the second vice-president of Singapore Hotel Association.
