During my few days with Provins, I got to witness several facets of winemaking in the beautiful UNESCO-heritage protected valley of Valais. I believe that Swiss wines have potential, and can be positioned as a premium product, alongside their world class chocolates and watches. One area the Swiss wineries can explore into is to work closely with the watch industry which already has global recognition.
