Décor: The nominee uses creativity and colour co-ordination to beautify the environment and satisfy the client.
Food quality: The nominee is able to create a menu according to the client’s wishes. The dishes consist of fresh ingredients and using the best techniques, have a unique and distinct flavour.
Attention to detail: The nominee pays close attention to the client’s needs and ensures that all aspects of the event – from the food quality, to the décor and table settings meet the client’s standards.
Customer relations: The nominee displays good interpersonal skills and develops a rapport with their client.
Event execution: The nominee demonstrates an ability to work within given the timeline and following a given event order. This include arrival, pre-event set up, event execution and teardown time.
