An individual who holds a title of assistant sommelier or equivalent and/or is age 28 or younger and has wine service experience in a restaurant/ hotel, who displays skills, passion and outstanding knowledge, is driven to raise the standards of wine service to greater heights.

* Eligible nominees must be working in Singapore as an ASSISTANT SOMMELIER for at least ONE YEAR (at the point of nomination).
