The award seeks to recognise a student who is new in the industry, excels in their culinary studies and is eager to put their studies to practice.
Submission Criteria:
Submissions are open to current students in culinary-related courses, who are graduating some time in the next 6 months.
Applicants who are current students must have study and work experience (can be in the form of an internship).
Applicants must have no more than five years of experience including culinary studies; culinary related internship experience and graduate professional work regardless of applicant’s age.
Applicants would be required to participate in a Apprentice Chef Challenge
One letter of reference from lecturer with his/her contact details required.
