    Baking and chewing bread started in the year 2000 with Yamazaki Bakery, Marche Bakery Asia Pacific and the Marina Bay Sands. He received his baking skills and Sourdough training in Hanover, Hildesheim German with Global Marche Master Baker Laulder, Heinrich Safft Artisan Bäckerei (Since 1826) and Master Baker Godehard Howeling of Godi’s Artisan Bäckerei. That was his greatest experience in life. Sourcing the best non-GMO German Wheat in the Hildesheimer Börde region and working with the farmers up to the greatest miller in German was his dream to set up Nick Vina Artisan Bakery to offer the best quality ingredients to the customers.
