    A veteran of Singapore's pastry and baking scene – Ahmad Fahmy Mohamed is known for his creative works, attention to details and passion. Currently the Chief Baker at Konditori Artisanal Bakery, Fahmy is one of the founding members of the quaint bakery; which has become well-known for its wonderful pastries and beautiful customized cakes at the helm of Fahmy's leadership since 2016. Konditori's bread and viennoiseries are all crafted and freshly baked from scratch using hybrid and natural Levain. Fahmy's meticulous baking techniques have earned Konditori a reputation for the best artisan bakes in Singapore.
