Allspice Institute was founded on 2 July 2009 with a vision to become an international hospitality and culinary arts institution. Being awarded ‘Hospitality Institute of the Year 2018’ is evident that we are closer to meeting our vision. Our experienced Chefs and Trainers aim to educate and cultivate an appreciation of different cooking methods, importance of colours and textures in dishes amongst our students. When we succeed in helping other stay healthy with delicious yet hearty food, we are taking another step up in providing a holistic culinary education. For the past decade, Allspice Institute has nurtured and inspired passionate student Chefs and F&B professionals from around the world providing them with the skills, knowledge and self-confidence required for them to excel in the highly competitive F&B industry. Apart from producing well-trained culinary professionals, the school also offers a range of hands-on culinary and baking classes for budding & passionate cooks, bakers and even home-makers who wish to take their culinary skills to the next level. In addition to equipping our students with knowledge and skills, Allspice incorporates Heritage, Culture and Wellness as part of their culinary & hospitality Learning Journey. Strong Com
