During the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, we managed to pivot our catering business to deliver the Ritz-Carlton experience to the doorstep of our guests through providing customised food and beverage bento box packages for virtual celebrations and corporate events. Some of these events included the annual Wild Rice Ball, Dover Park Hospice’s annual fundraiser, the 2020 Singapore Business Awards and Bank Julius Baer’s Client Appreciation event.
