An opulent celebration of summer filled with objets d’art and selective furnishings that emulate memories of the finest summer celebrations set amongst a purity of design, diners can feel the warmth of the timber and admire the sparkling of the white lacquer in Summer Pavilion, which has been awarded one Michelin star for four consecutive years.
The restaurant features a new entrance access, reminiscent of a modern Chinese garden. The garden entrance sets the stage for a summertime experience while paying tribute to the modern renowned architectural style of The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, which was designed by Kevin Roche.
