Description
Olivier is the owner and Executive Chef of Déliciae Hospitality Management (DHM). Born in Paris and a Singaporean citizen since 2014, Olivier moved with his family to Singapore in 2009 and opened Parisian steak and fries bistro, L’Entrecôte, and Spanish tapas bar, Sabio, a year later in 2010. Since then, DHM has rolled out a number of unique dining concepts across Singapore, including L'Entrecôte Customs House, which brings DHM's popular flagship concept to the stunning Marina Bay waterfront; Sabio by the Sea, a Spanish tapas bar and grill restaurant at the picturesque Quayside Isle at Sentosa Cove; BTM Mussels & Bar specializing in authentic moules-frites (mussels and fries) in the quaint neighbourhood of Duxton Hill; innovative Mediterranean lounge and fine-dining establishment, Riviera, over-looking Singapore’s iconic Merlion at Marina Bay; as well as L'Entrecôte's newest location in the vibrant neighbourhood of Holland Village - L'Entrecôte at the Village.
