For over two decades, creating exceptional dining experiences has been Paul Lui’s passion. A warm, efficient and thoughtful host, Lui assumed the role as Area Service Manager for Noka from early 2019, responsible for the front of house team. Building strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth daily operations, motivating and training along with implementation of procedures, are some of the things he takes pride in. He started his career in the travel industry but his love for food, wine and creating top notch dining experience steered him into the Food and Beverage sector. Having worked his way up the rungs from an assistant manager at Foster's Old English Steak House, Lui has since honed his skills at various mid-to-fine dining restaurants in Singapore. He is passionate about the craft of Sake and has obtained his certification for English Sake Sommelier (Qualified International Kikisake-shi.)
