Phoebe Oviedo is camera shy, soft spoken and wickedly talented. Innovative yet respectful, she strives to find the best companions for ingredients and knows that taking elements away from a dish is as essential as having them there in the first place. With a focus on making ingredients more respected and a great love of vegetables, she likes nothing better than showing someone a product they think of as an everyday, boring ingredient as something new, fresh, and exciting. Having travelled the world, she has since settled in Singapore for the long haul and is pretty much constantly in the window to the kitchen at the back of Open Farm Community, meticulously plating and making sure service runs smoothly.
