As an effective leader in the pastry kitchen, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the pastry repertoire at The Fullerton Hotels Singapore, and was also a key force behind the opening of the Pastry Kitchen at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney. His previous positions include Assistant Pastry Chef at Qasr Al Sharq (Waldorf Astoria Collection) & Hilton Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and Patisserie Management Trainee at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grand lakes, Florida.
