Growing up in Ipoh, Malaysia, Chef Jayden was inspired to take on the career path of being a chef as it was a career that would allow him to put food on the table to support his family. From a young age of 16, Chef Jayden started working in the kitchen. He later dived into Japanese cuisine and worked at Sushi King for four years as a Commis Chef, acquiring skills of preparing fresh, quality food while maintaining kitchen cleanliness in full view of customers.
