    Upon graduation, fueled by an inquisitive mind, she continued to further her studies at The Culinary Institute of America, Singapore, to gain more culinary knowledge and to hone her culinary skills. She graduated in September 2016 after completing an externship of four months in New York with Untitled at the Whitney, with Chef Michael Anthony, Executive Chef of 1 Michelin Star Gramercy Tavern. After coming back to Singapore, she had the opportunity to join Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten team to execute the opening of their Singapore restaurant in Dempsey, named, The Dempsey Cookhouse & Bar. She then took on a Sous Chef position with Singapore Expo in 2018 and she is also the President of Singapore Junior Chefs Club, youth arm of Singapore Chefs’ Association since 2016 till now. In addition, she has been actively competing for Singapore National Junior Culinary Team since 2012, and has won numerous awards regionally & internationally.
