Christofle New Restaurant of the Year

This award seeks to recognise a Food & Beverage outlet, that has been in operation for more than a year but less than three years that has consistently provided a standard of excellence and extraordinary dining experiences to diners. The nominee must be from a Singapore-based organisation, or a franchise / branch that is located in Singapore at the time of nomination.


Saint Pierre

 

French cuisine does not stop at France in Saint Pierre, one of the few top restaurants in the local dining scene. The modern French cuisine served here suggests a hint of Japanese influence with dishes like pot-roasted lobster and scallop in lemon dressing, with pink peppercorn and lemon sorbet on green tea sanded crust. Saint Pierre has also received fame for its luscious and mouth-watering delicate foie gras creations. Executive Chef Emmanuel Stroobant has come to be known as the epitome of slick smooth service through his swooning charisma and friendly attitude. Saint Pierre has been conferred with the 'Most Innovative Menu' and 'Best Dish Award' at 2001's Singapore Gourmet Hunt, and the shimmering 'Christofle New Restaurant of the Year' award at WGS Awards of Excellence 2002.


Buko Nero
