Of The Year
This award seeks to recognise a catering team with the most
creative and impressive set-up. The nominee must also exhibit
excellent service standards that meet the requirements of their
guests. The nominated caterers may be from hotels, restaurants
or event catering companies. The nominee must have been in
operation for at least TWO YEARS (from the point of nomination).
