Chef
This award seeks to recognise an individual who dares to
defy culinary traditions by creating an innovative dish that
stimulates every sense and creates new sensations, using a
given selection of U.S cheese products. The 5 finalists will be
required to present their innovative creations using a selection
of cheese to a panel of judges on the 5th of March 2019.
