Of The Year
This award seeks to recognise a Head Chef who is directly
involved in a restaurant kitchen operation and demonstrates a
high level of talent and creativity in preparing authentic true – to
– Asian cuisine. The nominee must consistently set standards of
excellence in the culinary arts as well as provide excellent dining
experiences. Eligible nominees must be a HEAD CHEF in the
same establishment for a minimum of ONE year (at the point of
nomination).
