Of The Year
This award seeks to recognise a baker who prepares breads
and a variety of savoury baked dishes in a physical outlet(s) and
who serves as an exceptional standard-bearer of excellence and
quality. Eligible nominees must be a Baker for at least ONE YEAR
(at the point of nomination).
