Of The Year
This award seeks to recognise a new restaurant that brings
a fresh outlook to the industry, demonstrating excellence
in food, beverage, and service whilst breaking from the
norm and bringing Singapore’s restaurant scene forward
into the future. Eligible restaurants must be in operation
for LESS THAN ONE YEAR (at the point of nomination).
