This award seeks to recognise an individual who sets
the gold standard for exemplary customer service and
leadership as well as enhancing the overall dining
experience in the respective restaurants, bars and banquet
facilities. The nominee must be directly involved and
responsible for at least two food & beverage outlets and
banquet facilities in a hotel / restaurant chain in Singapore.
