The Overseas Development Program (ODP) is an initiative awarded to recipients and finalists of World Gourmet Awards (WGA), who are Singaporean or Permanent Residents of Singapore. This program serves to enhance the individual’s skill-sets and talents which fall in line with Singapore Tourism Board’s goals to groom local talents into industry and service leaders.

Commitment
- Recipients are required to produce a progressive of about 1000 words report (with related images for submission) within 30 days upon returning from the trip
- Recipients are required to also submit images separately to maintain high resolution for usage of media related activities
- Recipients are required to complete the ODP between May 2020 – November 2020
- Recipients are required to attend media interviews and demo showcase activities conducted by STB and WGA
- All other travel expenses to be borne by Recipients
