This award seeks to recognise an individual who sets the
gold standard for exemplary customer service and leadership,
as well as enhancing the overall dining experience in the
respective restaurants, bars and banquet facilities. This
individual must in the restaurant for a minimum of 2 years,
and is directly involved and responsible for at least two
food & beverage outlets and banquet facilities in a hotel.
