This award seeks to recognise an exceptional leader who
oversees the day-to-day operation of the restaurant with
enthusiasm and expertise. This individual must in the
restaurant for a minimum of 2 years, demonstrates strong
business acumen, working knowledge of the industry and an
intimate knowledge of the menu and wines being offered.
