In her capacity as Executive Director (Sustainability Partnerships,
Lifestyle & Asset) at Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Ms Wee Wei Ling has been
dedicated to achieving excellence in both F&B and hospitality. Under her
stewardship, the hotel group and the lifestyle brands she founded, Si
Chuan Dou Hua and St. Gregory, have grown into household names that
are very much enjoyed and appreciated by many. Si Chuan Dou Hua in
particular is a pioneer of Sichuan cuisine in Singapore and is renowned
for its high quality and authenticity since its establishment in 1996.

Additionally, she has spent great effort in reaching out and helping our
communities, inspiring other companies to do good for both business
and the community. She is the Chairperson of Project We Care, a
joint initiative between People’s Association and the private sector in
Singapore, and co-founder of ExtraOrdinary People, an Institute of
Public Character (IPC) charity that aims to support every person with
special needs in Singapore through community-supported initiatives.
Through her work, she has shown that companies, no matter how small,
should always reach out and embrace the communities we are a part of.
