This award seeks to recognise a male chef with work experience of less than 3 years in the kitchen. The chef displays exceptional culinary talent, character, and leadership ability, is driven to raise the standards of culinary excellence and has the potential to take his restaurant to greater heights.
*Eligible nominees must be working in Singapore for at least ONE YEAR (at the point of nomination).
Along with the above, eligible nominees must submit the following information in PDF format via email:
1. Names of 2 Mentor chefs, to be used for referral purposes.
2. Their industry contributions such as charity work or work beneficial to the industry.
