The award seeks to recognise a student who is passionate in the craft, excels in their culinary studies and is eager to put their studies to practice.
Submission Criteria:
Submissions are open to current students in culinary-related courses, who are graduating some time in the next 6 months.
Applicants who are current students must have no prior working experience.
Applicants must have no more than five years of experience including culinary studies; culinary related internship experience and graduate professional work regardless of applicant’s age.
Applicants would be required to participate in the Apprentice Chef Challenge.
One letter of reference from lecturer with his/her contact details required.
