the workers; World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence
has been created. The Awards is conceptualised and
co-organised by Singapore Tourism Board and Peter
Knipp Holdings with an aim to celebrate the spectrum
of talents who have achieved a distinct reputation
for providing world class dining and wining experiences.
The event practices stringent judging standards and

and beverage as well as the hospitality field as finalists.
The Awards of Excellence will present sixteen prestigious
awards to the paramount of the industry which will
include regional categories such as the Electrolux Culinary Institution
of the Year, Wine Article of the Year and at-sunrice Asia Cuisine
