The evaluation process includes two rounds of voting open to both members of the public and a selected group of F&B professionals, with each round subjected to a stringest review by the industry's key decision makers. Finalists will be determined at the end of the two rounds and the most outstanding finalist will be selected based on merit. The results submitted to independent auditor.
Round 1 |
Members of the public can vote and nominate in selected award categories. A selected group of F&B professionals and connoisseurs are invited to vote and nominate for all award categories. |
Nominations are collated and tabulated. The highest scoring nominees for each award category will proceed to Round 2. | |
Round 2 | A selected group of F&B professionals and connoisseurs are invited to vote in all award categories in a closed round of voting. |
Nominations are collated and tabulated. The top 3-5 highest scoring nominees for each award category will proceed to the Final Round (Finalists) for final assessment. | |
Final Round | A selected group of key industry decision makers will evaluate the finalists and select the most outstanding finalist. Results submitted to independent auditor. |
Press Conference | Award finalists for each category will be announced at the World Gourmet Series Awards Of Excellence 2013 press conference held on 7 March 2013. |
Awards Presentation | Award recipient for each category will be presented the award at the Awards Ceremony held in on 16 March 2013. |
