To take an example, at the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland (CAAS), we prepare budding chefs to lead restaurants or kitchen teams, offer them a specialisation in the pastry and chocolates arts, and furnish them with the skills and knowledge needed to perform with distinction in gastronomy and the culinary arts.
