EVALUATION PROCESS


Round 1

Members of the public can vote and nominate in several award categories. A selected group of F&B professionals and juries are invited to vote and nominate for all award categories.

Nominations will then be collated and tabulated and the nominees with the highest number of votes for each award category will proceed to Round 2.

Round 2

A selected group of F&B professionals and juries are invited to vote in all award categories in a closed round of voting.

Nominations are collated and tabulated and the top 5 highest scoring nominees for each award category will proceed to the final round for final assessment.

Final Round

A predetermined group of key industry decision makers will evaluate all finalists and subsequently select the most outstanding to be crowned winner of the award. The winner with the highest points will be selected. The results are then submitted to an independent auditor.

Awards Presentation

Award recipients for each respective category will be announced and honored at the ceremony which coincides with the commencement of World Gourmet Summit which will be held in April 2018.
