Since his arrival in March 2008, French Pastry Chef Alain has already delighted guests with a range of mouth-watering pastries at The St. Regis Singapore. Alain has worked as a pastry chef for fifteen years studying and gaining an apprenticeship in Paris before working with Pierre Herm and Philippe Conticini, two of the world's leading pastry chefs. Known to his apprentices to be very meticulous, Alain takes the effort to watch out for his apprentices' every move, and spending time to explain and guide them through from scratch.
