Round One
Members of the public can nominate for selected award categories.
150 connoisseurs and F&B professionals are invited to nominate for all award categories.

Evaluation
Nominations are collected and tabulated. The top five highest scoring nominees for each award category will proceed to round two.

Round Two
Members of the public can nominate one of the top five nominees for selected award categories.
100 jury members will assess the top five nominees in each category from the first round.

Evaluation
Nominations are collected and tabulated. The top three highest scoring nominees for each award category will proceed to round three (finalists), for final assessment.

Round Three (Finals)
Members of the public can nominate one of the top three finalists for selected award categories.
50 selected jury members will evaluate the top three finalists and select the most outstanding finalist. Results submitted to independent auditor.

Evaluation
Auditor will verify the score of each finalist, confirming that the highest scoring finalist in each category is conferred as the Award Recipient.

Press Conference
Award finalists for each category will be announced at the Awards of Excellence 2009 press conference.

Awards Presentation
Highest scoring finalist in each category will be presented the award at the Awards Reception held within World Gourmet Summit.
