 With his journey in the world of F&B spanning almost 20 years, Alessandro Calabro brings with him a wealth of experience gained through years of service around the world, from the most exotic locations such as the Caribbean, to ultra chic cities such as Milan. As manager of both Gunther’s and Garibaldi Italian Restaurant & Bar, Calabro oversees operations in both of these award-winning restaurants. Himself a veteran of the industry, Calabro has had experience not just in the dining room but also in the back of the house, having spent the early days of his career as a chef, and then later as a bartender. This intimate understanding of all levels of operations at a restaurant allows him to execute his job with the professionalism only someone with such experience and passion for the job can have.
