Having baked around the world from Côte D´Armor, England, Belgium and finally Singapore, Chef Frank accumulated a wealth of baking experiences from setting up his own artisan bakery, to R&D of new bread or viennoiserie products and providing training to the Swiss-Treats team. His apprentices find him to be very passionate about his work and an inspirational mentor.
