WSQ Most Supportive Mentor Pastry Chef FinalistGoh Chin Teik Chef Goh is both a culinary and pastry chef. He started as a kitchen steward in 1983, and his
baking career started in 1990 as a Baker in Shangri-La Hotel. Devoting his past five years to
BITC, he is now a Senior Chef-Instructor, leading a team of seven chef-instructors, to impart
baking and culinary skills and fine craftsmanship to BITC students, special needs students and
the wider community both local and international. Chin Teik is known to be passionate and
patient in imparting his extensive knowledge to students.
