and restaurants to his current position as the Chef de Cuisine at Julien Bompard in Ascott Raffles
Place. Jason represented Singapore and emerged winner for the Bocuse d´Or Asia selection in
2008. He also won the bronze trophy and represented Asia to participate in the Bocuse d´Or
Concours Mondial de la Cuisine Finals early this year. His apprentices found Jason to be very
dynamic in his work, but yet always patient when it comes to mentoring. |
